DoubleTree by Hilton Phoenix Chandler

We had an issue with our original room because the blanket wasn’t in good condition. I contacted the front desk, and Neo responded promptly and professionally. He immediately arranged for us to move to another room, making the process quick and hassle-free. Neo also checked in with us after we were settled to make sure everything was going well, which showed he genuinely cared about our experience. His friendly attitude, excellent customer service, and willingness to resolve the issue turned what could have been a disappointing start into a very positive stay. Thank you, Neo, for going above and beyond to take care of us. Team members like you are the reason we enjoy staying at DoubleTree by Hilton Phoenix Chandler. We truly appreciate your hospitality and would gladly stay here again.

The hotel is in a fantastic location as far as accessibility. It's also very clean and well taken care of. The pool area is beautiful and offers plenty of shaded seating. I think maybe the only thing that we ran across was looking for coffee at 7:30 on a Saturday morning and we couldn't find any anywhere because there was no one at the cafe. We had some of the coffee in the room, but it's just not the same. But the room was very nice and it was clean. So we'll take that as a win!

This is a nice and well run hotel. The highway side is not ideal but even then sound.is pretty well insulated. You can also watch sunset on the highway side. If the windows were clean. Which mine weren't. Stayed here a couple times and likely will come back.
